Unfortunately this was a huge disappointment. I can't remember ever staying in such a shabby place. It felt like a hostel of some sort. It was clean but because everywhere is so shabby it was hard to tell. The outside is a lovely building, Unfortunately not inside.

Good value, perfect for stop over on way through France. Grateful for simple kitchenette, with Lidl next door, as all the restaurants in Epernay were fully booked the night we stayed!

The staff was fantastic. The food for breakfast great. The location - inconvenient. The best I can refer to this as a dormitory style building that wants to charge more for hotel guests. They have bizarre rules - they are not at the so called hotel at certain times And leave notes on cork boards telling you will be fined for doing certain things. Never been to a place quite like this before

The room felt dirty because of the carpet, also smelled musty and since we are allergic we started sneazing. The corridor and the stairways smelled like stale air. There was no AC and we had to sleep with the window opened — thankfully it was not too hot since it rained the days we were there, but in hot weather it would have been uncomfortable. For cheap price it may be agreeable to many, but I’d spend a bit extra to stay in a nicer place.

Man behöver hålla lite koll på hur receptionen är bemannad, kommer man senare än check in tiden måste man höra av sig i tid innan. De löser det genom en nyckelbox med kod, men för oss blev det lite svettigt då jag helt missade att det fanns en senaste check-in tid. Personalen var jätte hjälpsamma och trevliga och allt löste sig. Enklare boende men allt man behövde fanns, det var rent och fräscht.
