It was fantastic locale if you like to hike!! You are across the street from the carpark of the British Camp Trail....great hiking up the hills. If you want a cute area to stay...get to Great Malvern-- and take in the beauty....all while staying in a neat hotel, with a nice restaurant. This would be your place. Breakfast is included---and greatly welcomed. Of note...there is not a fridge, microwave in your room. We loved the place. Highly recommended.

Then came dinner ... and breakfast ... and tea ... everything superb. We are well travelled. Our expectations weren’t high because this hotel was so reasonably priced, but The Tewkesbury Lodge was a pleasant surprise—the most beautiful place, with spacious rooms, helpful, friendly staff and delicious food, both at breakfast and at night. We constantly marveled at the views and the beautiful gardens, as well as the perfectly maintained golf course. Only downside was no elevators and no air conditioning, so just fix that by asking for a ground floor room and a fan. Definitely will return....

Great location, beautiful property and garden. Our room was very small but we made it work. Next time we'd opt for larger room. The only disappointing thing was the breakfast, We stayed here on the recommendation of my sister who stayed here in Nov. They raved about the fabulous breakfast, apparently the menu changed since and it was disappointing in being buffet style and the exact same for all 5 days we stayed.sausage, beans scrambled eggs, bacon would have been nice or omelets or...
