This is a great place with a wonderful staff and a formidable restaurant. The room was clean, spacious and pretty, and everything had been arranged very thoughtfully. Highly recommended - and don’t forget to try their restaurant!

The room and The public areas are spotless. The location is terrific, by being Located in the center of the town Where I find it pretty convenient to get fine foods.

This is a very fun and interesting hotel. It is inside a chuch as has charm. It was very comfortable. The breakfast was awesome as they had a standard european tray but offered kitchen made items at no additional charge. There is no parking so you have to walk about 7 minutes to a garage. We were a little irritated that they would not chech us in evern 30 minutes early when most of the rooms were vacant.

Would stay here again the room is cozy and nice the staff is amazing

The service was more than we expected. They packed a breakfast for us when they knew we had to check out before breakfast. We would stay again.

I booked this hotel not knowing it was just outside of Amsterdam in a village called Edam. It was the best thing!! Edam is only a 20 minute bus ride from Amsterdam’s Central Station. We got to see some of the country side and stay at a quaint little Inn for New Years Eve. We had a beautiful romantic dinner in their beautifully decorated restaurant. The only thing that surprised us was the quantity of fireworks that this community produced on New Years!! Amazing. We will surely go back!

Amazing experience at a beautiful hotel and town. It is a little outside of Amsterdam but is a convenient town with eateries, cafes, pharmacy, electric charging stations, and close to the windmills. Worth the drive to the chill atmosphere of Middenbeemster. Would recommend!

Everything was great but location is a little far from amsterdam but it was nice

This was a hidden little gem I wish I had found on previous trips. The local vibe and location are awesome. I will say that the only reason I didn’t give it all 5 stars was due to two things. The cleaning crew left their cleaning supplies on the counter, not a huge deal, however, the loud neighbors at 2, 3, 4 am were a little overboard.

Great Hotel

The staff were kind and so hopeful and gave amazing recommendations for dining. There is an enchanting bakery only a few steps from the Posthoorn. It was a quiet and cozy reprieve from city adventuring.

Had a little difficulty with the internet on our first day but then it resolved it's self before we had a chance to asks our hosts. Spacious rooms and wonderful overhead shower.

Everything was great, but at checkout time, I was accused of drinking the four sodas that were in the refrigerator! Never used anything provided by the hotel in the mini-bar. I don't think that they believed me. I don't like being accused of something I didn't do.
