"The warmest welcome ever, what a wonderful place. The staff are so helpful & friendly. Our room was gorgeous, and it was great to be able to park. The restaurant food was delicious, both for dinner and breakfast. We would highly recommend staying at the hotel."
"We had a one night stay prior to heading to the airport. The room was very clean and the bed was nicely made and very comfortable. There were several restaurants and cafes nearby as well as a store to stock up on some snacks. Highly recommend staying here."
"Admiral was one of the best hotels we have stayed - the room, the amenities, staff, all around.
the staff was friendly & professional. Nice to stay at a classical and traditional place.
Little smokey from bar & casino though.
Great place!! "
"This was a wonderful experience. The food was incredible, the staff attentive and the hotel magnficent. I would highly recommmend a stay for that special feeling."
"Staff is very friendly and helpful. Free shuttles to/from the airport. All our needs were met and the location is perfect for in/out of Zagreb airport. The food is home cooked and served with love!"
"Overall our experience was great. The room was spacious and the amenities (pool, gym and outdoor cooldown area) were enjoyable. Great location with access to all key sites"

This hotel was an amazing find. Not necessarily centrally located but was everything we needed for our 2 nights in Zagreb. Ubers were always available as this hotel is on the west side of town and about a 15 minute Uber ride from wherever we went. The hotel itself is new and very nice. The room was nice, the pool was nice, we had massages which were kind of hard to find times but still worked good. We ate at the restaurant on site which was comparitively inexpensive but excellent. Nobody...
The Esplanade is a lovely hotel with marvelous food and a great staff who go out of their way to make your stay as personally pleasing as possible. It is on the higher end, but well worth the treat. Close walk to the main arteries and tons of great restaurants. Do love the no smoking as many other bars serving food allow it…so be prepared during the colder months.
The best experiences I had there was the services. The lick of the room had a little issue and two people came to help me out with the situation. Both of them were very courteous and professional. The breakfast is superb and I don’t need to spend time first thing in the morning to look for food.
It was a sound proof room. We had a king size bed, the mattress was from not soft. There were large pillows, 2 firm and 2 soft. When you turn of the lights in the bathroom, the exhaust fan takes a few minutes to turn off automatically. The breakfast was great. We had hot cheese omelet made and there was scrambled eggs at the buffet with sausages and some veggies like different bell peppers and olives. There were different cereal and boxed juices but no fresh orange juice. There were fresh...
Cute little hotel with a fabulous location and for a great price! Just a walk from banjelicik (sp?) square. Close to shops and food and the market! Would highly suggest this property!
The description of the lodging was largely accurate. The only inaccuracy was that hotels.com said that an airport shuttle was available upon request for a fee. The property has discontinued this. Also, be aware that the shower had two bottles of shampoo but no soap or conditioner. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were helpful. The location was excellent - close to the train station as well as the center of town and historic landmarks. I would stay there again.
Excellent stay. Good staff. Spacious room and bathroom. Would have preferred coffee and tea options in the room. However pod coffee available in lounge on third floor.
Breakfast buffet was reasonable.
Very quiet despite main road location. Huge bed and comfortable.
Ideal for bus transit.
Comfortable hotel within walking distance of Zagreb’s city center’s sights and easy access to/from the airport. I enjoyed the peace and quiet of the area versus the noisier, more touristy areas. The service was attentive and quick. Property is fairly new and is well taken care of. I didn’t eat at the hotel, so I can’t speak to the quality or value for money of the food. However, breakfast for €22 / person seemed steep relative to the prices in the area.
Met was recommended with no hesitation by my meeting planner for a quick stay in Zagreb and it did not disappoint! The staff was remarkably friendly and helpful, the rooms were beautiful, clean and quiet not to mention in the best location! Would highly recommend the Met Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting Zagreb.
The hotel is clean and comfortable. Check in and out was easy. One of the best things about this hotel was the free breakfast. The food was exceptional and there was a lot of variety, including champagne. I would highly recommend this hotel.
