The room was two flights of stairs with no elevator. The hallway was not clean, with cleaning carts and supplies stacked in the hallway. No coffee or shower soaps. The air conditioner was very difficult to operate and stopped running in the middle of the night. next morning we were running late because we didn’t sleep well. Checkout was 1100. At 11:10 and 1120 we got impatient phone calls from reception. Even though there was no cleaning staff on the floor. we checked out at 11:25 and again we’re lectured by the receptionist. I asked her to cancel our lunch reservation because we were not hungry. She said that is not very considerate. All at all, the experience left us upset and unhappy. "
