Outside cushions were left out overnight and the time we were there they were constantly wet so we couldn’t sit on them. The staff were fantastic, they were super helpful with questions and couldn’t do enough for you. The food was incredible 5** Beautiful place Carcassone and would certainly love to return"

"The hotel suited our visit to Carcassonne perfectly... The staff were very friendly and helpful, The room although small had all the amenities you'd expect and was very clean and modern. The pool was great fir a cooling dip and the bar offered a good range of drinks. The only disappointing note was a lack of bar snacks but there is a little shop next door where you can buy nuts and crisps etc.. Situated 5 minutes walk from the ancient Cité and about 20 minutes from the newer town.... Overall quite an enjoyable experience."
