Nice enough for a basic one night stopover. They've done well creating a pretty private outdoor seating area with plant pots in an otherwise unattractive backyard area. Inside is adequate space for one person; a little cramped for two.

Standard tourist hotel. It is the staff that made our stay excellent - very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and locally produced jams. The hotel is about 1.5 km from the castle and about 2.5 km from the city centre. For those with electric vehicles, there is a fast public EV charger less than 1 km from the hotel on an adjacent BMW forecourt. Would certainly recommend this hotel for friends and family looking for a stay in Carcassonne.

Basic hotel and value for money. Easy parking but no lift / elevator, only stairs. Friendly helpful receptionist who provided maps of Carcassone. Had kettle in room which was appreciated and unusual in a French hotel. Clean room and comfortable but with basic decor.

Clean hotel on one level with big rooms with kettle and good bathroom with hairdryer. We had a small patio too. Late check in till 10pm, must vacate by 11am. McDonald’s across the road and Buffalo grill 3 minutes walk up the road - take a torch. Reception very helpful. Car park outside with locked gates.

Reception very good and efficient Ground floor room as we had a small dog. It was a disabled room but very tight for two people. The grounds were really a mess overgrown and lots of dog poo lying around. I couldn’t find a bin outside. Rather dated rooms but refurbished nice bathroom. Basic but ok .

J’ai réservé à 21h00 lors d une pause 2 chambres pour ma famille, afin de faire une pause sur la route des vacances. Quelle ne fut pas ma surprise de constater qu’à 1h du matin l’hôtel était fermé. J ai dû chercher un hôtel à Carcassonne jusqu a 2 h du matin. Je trouve inadmissible qu’un un Hotel d’autoroute vende des Chambre à 21h et apprendre par la suite qu’il ferme à 23h. Je pense qu’il est bon de signaler aux automobilistes ce piège. Évidemment j ai été facturé et la patronne m a expliqué que c était ainsi. Preuve qu elle n est sans doute pas vraiment faite pour l accueil.

Vieillissant, bar de douche ne tient pas, boite de reivation apparente, clim vielle et peu efficace, énormément de bruit (couloir, porte, voisin)... je ne reviendrait pas. J'ai choisi car je connait cette enseigne et que j'ai toujours bien séjourné pour un prix raisonnable . Il y a des offre a prix très proche au alentour ou je l'espere nous seront plus paisible.
