Friendly stuff and big clean rooms. Th hotel is 10 minutes driving from city center and very close to airport (about 5 minutes). Breakfast is nice but need to be upgraded.

The hospitality and service from on-site team/staff is really exceptional. Davide and Sofia made my daughter and I feel very welcomed. Great location, nice place In our room the placement of the toilet was odd and too close to the sink cabinet that I had a hard time sitting down, I am 6’2” tall.

It's a little far from Venice and doesn't have a shuttle, but for us for one day it was a treat. We took a taxi that cost 30 euros each way, we had so little time it made it worth it. The place is lovely even if the paintings are a bit camp after you have seen the masterpieces in Venice. The grounds and interior are lovely, gracious, and comfortable. The pool is elegant, but I wish it were open longer, it was hard to make time to swim before or after our excursions. The rooms are very nice...

The pancakes were divine! Staff were incredibly helpful and polite. Property well landscaped and maintained. Wished we knew the pool didn’t open til 6/6 at booking and that the golf course is essentially managed by someone other than the hotel. But the concierge helped us plan our day and made us very comfortable. Not only was breakfast delicious there’s a juicer and fresh fruit to create your on drink combinations. Just lovely.

Best hotel I have stayed at in quite some time. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The homemade bread was excellent. The room was bigger than expected and the beds were comfortable. We stayed here to get away from the crowds at Venice and could not have picked a more relaxing area. The river runs right next to it. The town has a train station with a direct route to Venice. We drove our car to the station (plenty of free parking) and took the train in to Venice each day. I would highly recommend...

This is the best hotel close to Marco Polo. Highly recommended!

This is the perfect hotel for exploring Venice. Their shuttle provided round trip transportation to and from the airport, and the train station was located directly behind the hotel, making for an easy trip to the island. The hotel could use an update, but the convenience and service makeup for it. Everyone at the hotel was helpful giving recommendations, including the pizza takeout across the street that was a delicious & inexpensive dinner. Hotel is very close to the main train station of Quatro D'Altino. The hotel provides a shuttle to and from that train station to main Venezia St Lucia and also provides the train tickets (Return trips) all for a total of 20 Euro's for 2 people. We were very pleased with this hotel. We stayed for 3 nights and are defiantly glad we did. The hotel itself is very nice and clean. The room we had was great and the hotel staff were amazing and never hesitated to help us with anything we needed! It's also in a great location for to get to anything. Definitely recommend!

The hotel is lovely. We had trouble locating the water tower for pick up by the hotel.

If you have an early flight departing Marco Polo Airport, staying at this hotel is the way to go. This is my second stay in the past three months; and they did not disappoint! With their extensive shuttle service that operates from 04:40 until midnight, no worries about getting to the airport on time. This service is only 5 euros per person. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

nice hotel with easy 10 min walk to train. Breakfast was nice and very reasonable. We stayed at another hotel in the same area and paid more but were just as happy here.
