What a wonderful place to stay! The hosts were extremely nice and the B&B was immaculate. In the morning we had a blast talking with the owners and enjoying the beautiful spread they made for breakfast. I would recommend this B&B to everyone!

Una hotels I love. Clean and updated. Parking free and easy. Staff amazing. This hotel had a restaurant and bar which was nice. Outside the old city but easy to get there by car. Not close to restaurants or shopping but nice for easy access.
Everything was very clean! The owners thought of everything. The rooms were very comfortable. Parking on site was great. We were offered breakfast for a small fee and it was very good.
There are even espresso machines in the rooms!
The owners are very lovely. I would definitely stay here again.

I believe this hotel was the best place I stayed from my whole trip. We had a great view and sooo close to everything. The staff was vey kind and she gives us multiple recommendation's. My gf was in love and excited. Recommended.
Hotel first: Basiiani Hotel is a marvel in a town once called the 'Shame of Italy'. It is a hotel that is comprised of several rooms carved into caves that used to be people's homes. It is awesome. The decor, beds, bathroom and amenities all top notch. The staff friendly and the buffet breakfast was great. Highly recommended. Now the town of Matera.... you must go. Truly out of this world and worth every adjective of beauty.
Our stay at L’antica Conceria was excellent! Martino was wonderful- he provided us with very helpful information regarding Matera and addressed any needs. He arranged transportation to the bus station on our departure day as well as providing us with an early breakfast. The facility itself is beautiful. I highly recommend Martino and his property!

From the moment of check in to our check out, the staff at Thymus were incredibly helpful. They provided a list of recommended restaurants and then offered to even make the reservations. We were able to enjoy two fabulous dinners.

This hotel met our expectations in every way. Beautiful clean rooms. Warm inviting staff. Ideal locations. Great value. If we ever end up back in Matera we would seek to stay here again.
Nice, small B&B right outside the bustle of old town Matera on a more residential area. The rooms were clean and roomy (by European standards) and the continental breakfast was always ready for us in the morning. It was about a 5 minute walk to old town and sightseeing, where there were an abundance of restaurants to choose from.
Our host was very friendly and responsive. We enjoyed our stay.
