"Such a beautiful room looking over criccieth castle, we couldn’t have asked for a better room! However there was no mirror in the room, making it slightly annoying having to all wait to use the small bathroom mirror, also as it was really warm this weekend and we were on the top floor. Our room was really hot! A fan in the room would have been a great addition, other that those 2 minor things, ZERO complaints! 😀"

"I loved the Bryn Noddfa. Unfortunately, I was in the area for a funeral, but owners Huw and Jon, Kirsty (especially) and all staff couldn't have been more welcoming, warm or kind; so that it truly felt like a home away from home. "I stayed here with my family and we were fairly shocked regarding the service we received throughout our stay. First of all, I counted 18 hairs in the bathtub when checking into our room, the bathroom clearly hadn’t been touched. My family and I had booked 4 rooms at the hotel. We all noticed that none of our rooms had been ‘restocked’ when they had been cleaned. For example, no cups or amenities around the kettle biscuits, tea/ coffee, sugar etc were replaced. "Good communication from the property. The room was clean and with a great view. The downside is that you have to preorder food, which was slightly inconvenient for us although there are lots of options for dinner in the village. Only two wc seemed like not sufficient for the number of clients, but they had a good size lounge area, use of the Internet, and great front garden that made you feel cozy. We enjoyed overall. "From the moment we arrived we were incredibly impressed by the enthusiasm of all the team. Nothing was too much trouble and to see the hotel so successful in what is a hugely challenging time for the hospitality industry we think is a testament to the service and facilities provided by the hotel.
