A delightful hotel perfectly situated on the banks of the River Ness and only a short walk to the bustle of the small city. Guests are truly treated with first class accommodations upon entering the building; rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, heated bathroom floors, and even a pillow menu - which I have never seen before. Service and food are both notable for breakfast and dinners... bar is cozy. It is a place I would definitely stay again and again.

Excellent location. My girlfriend and I were convinced that we were at the best hotel in Oban. 2 minutes walk could have you at the wetherspoons by the waterfront among other fantastic restaurants. There were also two restaurants on site very nice and clean. The only minor nitpick were some dirty spots on the bathroom wall and a weird looking soiled paper towel or something in the nightstand drawer. It wasn’t a very big deal and I was able to overlook this since everything seemed to go off...

This was my favorite hostel I’ve stayed in so far! As a solo female traveler I felt the town and the hostel environment was incredibly safe. The facilities as a whole were very well maintained and clean! I liked how the dorm rooms had a sink and mirror separate from a sink in mirror in the toilet room as well as the shower being separate. There are no windows (which was a blessing because it is dark and quiet for a good night's sleep).
