"I like the original victorian feel needs the cleaners to be bit more thorough and could do with a bit more maintenance like mold and mildew is not good but the pool area is amazing but very slippy needs more walkable mats in there I witnessed the staff fallbover with a bundle of towels in his hand But overall my stay was comfortable"

"The room was clean and a lovely space and view. We were in a room separate from the main hotel so had to leave and walk down to enter room which was the only downside. Lovely staff and we love the restaurant too."

"Overall the room was clean however there was a hair on the pillow? The rest of the room and bathroom seemed to be clean. The usual frustration of completing pre check in online information before you arrive, but when you check in you are asked to provide your check out date before a key card is issued. Why!"
