"The hotel was very nice. My room had a balcony that faced the ocean. It also overlooked one of the bars on the property, which could change the privacy of the balcony. There is a rooftop bar, that can get noisy. Did not bother me, but I could see it bothering some. The hallways can use an update. Seems to be already updated, but bad workmanship by the contractors. Hotel is in a busy location, either access to many shops and restaurants. I didn’t spend much time in the room, but I enjoyed my stay at The Element."

"hotel was absolutely amazing and a beautiful property and clean. It was very clean and pristine. There was always workers out and about sweeping mopping picking up after people throwing away trash never seen anything like it before the property is absolutely beautiful and great for families, small children with the waterpark. It’s very walkable distance to downtown Williamstead. The rooms were very large and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Anything that you could possibly need is right there on the resort including a doctor on site all you have to do is get from the airport to the resort and you are set. They have rental cars excursions that you can book through them and save a ton of money. We will definitely be back to this resort in this beautiful island. The Rif staff Thanks for all the wonderful memories and thanks for the enjoyable hospitality that you have provided for my family and me."

"Very nice property. Excellent staff. Food quality was just ok. Rooms have very thin walls. Soap dispenser fell off wall and had mold in it. Not a good place for single/solo travelers. Kids all over the pool and screaming up and down the beach."
