"The Sarovar in my opinion is a 5 star hotel but the staff are even more impressive. You truly get service with a smile there. From the doormen, to Reception, the bar and restaurant staff, to the cleaning and maintenance staff. They seem like they just can’t do enough for you. "I had a room with a balcony and I thought the rooms were nice. I was visiting from USA and enjoyed my stay here. I had a WiFi problem and they switched my room instantly. The breakfast was nice and had plenty of options. Also room service was good as well. The men up front were very helpful with my luggage I had with me. And were helpful with all you needed to know about the room with the short room tour they give. "
