Definitely book this hotel! There’s so many choices in Hanoi and this is the perfect hotel. There’s staff is so welcoming and accommodating from the moment you walk in to the moment you say farewell.
Our premium king room was spacious and the AC was the BEST. after walking around in busy Hanoi and being so hot our hotel room was a very much needed haven.
We’re on our anniversary trip and even though we checked in after midnight they had rose petals on the bed and a special dessert waiting for...

The hotel is located in the old town next to all the attractions. The location is great, the hotel is very nice and clean. The breakfast is amazing and the rooftop bar is spectacular. The stuff is very friendly and helpful, Lan speaks good English and always ready to help, she scheduled a 3 days trip for us from A to Z, thank you Lan. I am highly recommend the hotel, the room is clean and comfortable, they are not big but give you everything you need. Shower are great.

Meritel Hanoi is a beautiful hotel, with top notch service. However, the air conditioning kept going out in our room though the staff was quick to get it up and running again every time it went out. We also experienced ants in our sink, but again the staff was very prompt in getting it fixed. The Meritel advertises that it has soundproofed rooms, but this is not the case. You will be able to hear the room next to you as well as the city outside (thought it is very quiet at night so as long as...

The hotel is brand new. Rooms were large and clean, service was great (they even gave us small gifts as we left), and the included breakfast was very nice. The location was also very central and it was easy to get around. Would definitely stay here again next time in Saigon.
