Our room was big but outdated and looked at some huge ugly pipes. We paid a lot of money and expected to be in a 5 star room, but not in our case. Service is great at Savoy. Restaurant, morning breakfast and tea time are enjoyable. Location is good but will stay somewhere else next time

The room and bathroom was spacious and clean. Sonia at the front desk was amazing . Restaurant wasn’t that great but I would stay here again

The Milestone is in a class by itself. It provides personalized "old world" service while offering every modern amenity The front desk staff is friendly and accommodating. The housekeeping department is outstanding; every area of the hotel is absolutely spotless. Those who work in the restaurant, especially during breakfast, are excellent. We can't wait to visit again!

Synopsis: This is the perfect hotel for quickly seen all the sites in London. It is clean, has modern décor, great staff, and without a doubt the quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. . Location – This is across the street from Trafalgar Square, there are 2 museums literally across the street. This is a quaint hotel. The bathrooms are brand new, but the rest of the hotel has an English feel that welcomes you. The elevators are very small, but we never had any problems using them. There is a wonderful bar and an excellent restaurant. The staff could not be nicer. We had a dedicated doorman who helped me in and out of taxis. We loved every minute of our stay and would highly recommend it.

Our stay here was absolutely perfect. Conveniently located near everything that we wanted to do on this trip, the Montague provided all the comfort and cleanliness that we desired. The hotel was attractive in its design and the entire staff was more than friendly. Our room was spacious and comfortable, as well as beautifully designed . Excellent old world hotel. Excellent and attentive service. 5 Star all the way.

My room was small, but very clean and comfortable. Short walk to underground station made this a great base for exploring the city. The area is quiet, but always has enough activity to feel safe. As a single traveler, I was perfectly comfortable walking after dark. Friendly staff made it a great place.

Absolutely love this hotel. It is the first time I stay at an Andaz hotel and will now try it elsewhere. The design is fun and modern. There are numerous restaurants onsite and a 24hr gym. The location is perfectly situated right next to liverpool station and you have numerous cafes, a tesco, a boots across the street. Above all else though, the staff is the heart of the hotel.

We enjoyed the holiday decor and the art installations. They also provided a celebratory wine and desert treat for our anniversary. It’s a beautiful property in the heart of London.

Really loved this hotel. Great concept - very comfortable. I've never heard so many positive comments from guests checking out. Incredibly comfortable even despite the heatwave. Only issue was in the lobby. Hot weather seems to have dried out some of the sink drains so was a strong odor of sewer gases each evening. Got better as the evening went on.

Beautiful property. Funky vibe. Close to shopping! Notting Hill is a charming walkable area.

I just love the hotel it’s clean , cozy and teh area has access to everything. Plus the underground station is 5 min walk .

We stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed the location. Windows, etc had a lot of charm. Next to food hall and many nice restaurants. A small grocery store around corner at Victoria train station if you want a late night snack or wine. Also a bar in hotel. We really liked the breakfast. Would stay again as a couple. Would consider a different hotel if bringing our children. Small rooms.
