Shopping Hotels in Singapore

newly renovated. it is too high tech. we need to use the iPad for almost everything. very stressful. unfortunate because we are going to relax. the tiffin room staff are very inexperienced and forgetful of the orders. the new breakfast system is not easy to use. we order something hot and then we must cater to ourselves. we expect full service from an hotel such as Raffles. the writers bar is completely new and we miss the atmosphere of the old bar.

I would stay here again….

Excellent location for MRT, Marina Bay Area, Merlion Park, China Town. Hotel swimming pool was excellent to cool off mid day and return to sightseeing. Also close to Hawker for variety local food at cheap prices. I would return here on my next stay.

Great location!

We booked the Prestige Room with a harbor view and lounge services. So far, the lounge is the best I’ve experienced. The staff are friendly, the food quality is excellent, and the room is well soundproofed and impeccably clean.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Feels very luxurious and it was breathtaking. Walkable to fine dining, restaurants and main attractions. I would definitely stay here again!

I always love a Fairmont- wonderful room with a comfortable bed, robe & slippers, & amenities like a well-appointed gym. This one in particular has a fantastic location attached to a high-end mall with tons of food options, an MRT stop, and across the street from one of the hop on-hop off bus stops. I was there just for one short overnight stay, but I was really impressed with the hotel. Very comfortable, very clean and the staff were great. And the breakfast was excellent! You can order from an "ala carte buffet" menu which is kind of interesting, and all the items I ordered -- from typical Western bakery items and egg dishes to spicy Laksa -- were outstanding. Definitely consider this property when choosing a hotel in the area!

I have traveled to 50+ country's and have never had a better hotel experience. They have a complimentary airport pick up which was nice, since after 30 hrs of travel time I did not have to deal with public transportation or a taxi. This is really nicely designed, very pretty hotel near enough to downtown, but far enough away to be quiet. We booked this hotel partially because of the lush landscaping around the pool, ended up not making it to the pool during our stay, but enjoyed our room and the hotel in general very much. Great place to stay. Next to Paragon Mall, which has tons of things to buy and places to eat. Near Mt. E and all the doctors. Service is very good and they seem to be training a lot of staff, which I like.
