Beach Hotels in Puerto Rico

"As soon as we arrived you can feel like home, so close to the beach (they have from 10am umbrellas and chairs from the hotel on the beach) very happy!!"

"Staff was friendly and helpful and went above and beyond; although there were times when the pool bar or the cafe were busy and there was only one person working; it would make it easier for them if they had some support! It would also be nice if breakfast had some more options and was out a bit longer, people are on vacation and might want to sleep in a bit without worrying about getting downstairs before 9am. My biggest disappointment was the shuttle bus; I booked this hotel because the shuttle bus seemed so convenient, but it was super unreliable, and we were only able to use it for two rides on one day of our trip. It seemed like they would be running on a continuous loop, and you'd have to wait 15 minutes or so, maybe up to half an hour or so for a bus which is fine, but this wasn't really the case. One day, we wasted precious vacation time waiting for over forty five minutes for a bus before giving up and calling an Uber. In addition, there was a bit of a learning curve: if you made your own way to Old San Juan or the T Mobile District for example, but wanted to get the bus back, you couldn't tell where the bus was supposed to pick you up. It would also be helpful if it ran a little later. Many days we planned on taking the bus to our destination and then Ubering back because we wanted to stay later than 5pm....but as I mentioned earlier, we were often unable even to take the bus to our destination. Adding more buses and drivers to make this amenity usable is a must!"

"Staff was awesome. Pool was gross nasty looked like it was never cleaned every day. Was not up to Hyatt centric standards. Shower doesn’t work properly Luke warm cold water only. "

"My husband and I have stayed here several times. The rooms have always been clean. The staff has always been friendly and the breakfast is a plus the pool and pool bar are enjoyable and clean. The location is another plus. The ocean is close and there are shops and restaurants with him walking distance. We always have an enjoyable stay here."

"Cleaning is need to be better. Upgrades lobby and restaurant looks good, stuff is pretty good. Food is ok, but it’s pricey for what they offer. Rooms need some love."
