The location is excellent to be able to enjoy the beach and within close distance to many restaurants. Our toilet backed up, due to flushing toilet paper. We weren’t told about not putting toilet paper in the toilet at check-in. Due to the humid climate, it was impossible to get the floor to dry after we returned from the beach. The staff were very helpful & friendly.

Great quality and location

The location is really great if you like to be tucked away from downtown Rincon. The beach proximity is also fantastic . The water there can be on the rougher side so perhaps not the best if you aren't a great swimmer but it's still just a short drive to many other beaches. Restaurant was also excellent, especially the service there.

The location is fantastic, right on the beach! However I would not recommend this hotel for a quiet vacation - the bar and restaurant play loud music all day and though the hotel says they have quiet hours after 10pm, there was loud music playing until 11pm every night, and some nights to 3am. We also had issues with our room - we booked an upgraded room and were placed in a very small room right next to the bar with no window. Other guests in our group booked lower priced rooms that were larger, quieter, and with outdoor areas. The staff apologized but didn't do anything to address the error.
