My husband & I love staying at Dr. Irena Eris Hotel. We truly enjoy being there.

Everything was great. Location, facility, breakfast, staff. A little more language aid, English, on the maps would be helpful. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again!

Everything OK except bathroom couldn’t use a soap and when you take a shower everywhere is water in whole bathroom

Wonderful hotel- Conveniently located. Extensive spa with numerous hot tubs, saunas and other aquatic features. Vast breakfast buffet with wide range of options including omelet/poached egg station. Marilor restaurant on-site was our best meal in town and is a reasonably priced Michelin-recognized restaurant. World class hotel in a world class, clean, safe city!

This is a great hotel located in an old industrial building that has been beautifully renovated. It's modern, with fantastic design, many great amenities, very helpful staff and located next door to a big shopping mall with numerous restaurants, modern art museum, movie theater and other entertainment options.

An elegant hotel in a perfect location. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. Great food options at the hotel and within easy distance. Highly recommend it.

Was only two available tv chanels after many times to inform front desk issue was fix it was not accept in that height class hotel need improve also staff in restaurant not smile and friendly

Nothing to complain about at all. Got an upgrade to fantastic room. It’s named Hotel Grand for a reason.

Great place to stay very friendly staff (checking us in with 8-year-old granddaughter a few hours before 3PM) food selection, service simply top notch! The best equipped gym I’ve ever seen at any hotel and an impressive spa with an infinity pools, steam room, saunas and even a sound room not to overlook a cold plunge! We plan on coming on coming back the next year

Aries hotel is a Hidden Gem in Zakopane! The location was outstanding. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room was roomie with good seating as well as a very comfortable bed.
