We had a very good stay made better by customer service getting us a shower mat for my husband who has trouble walking. They upgraded us to a higher floor which had a fantastic view. Top notch!

Clean room and friendly staff.

We stayed for three nights on a skiing holiday as a winter break. The accommodation was very warm and spacious. The location is out of town but there is a shuttle which we appreciated.

The property seemed very new. Clean, bright, comfortable with nice extras— a free pass to the fitness center just a few yards away, free laundry services. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. When we ordered a birthday breakfast for the room, the staff cam up singing ‘Happy Birthday’ with a piece of cake , candles and ice Cream. Ludi at the front desk was especially helpful. The food at the restaurant/room service was very very good.

The newest hotel of the three in the chain at Sky City. Absolutely beautiful hotel. We saved the best for last. Accommodations were outstanding. Front desk stored on luggage on the last day b/c we had a late flight. Even offered us to use the workout facility to shower before we left for the airport-a first for me. The Grill Restaurant at the hotel food and service gets a 5 star rating. Ir is now my place to stay in Auckland.

Very clean and convenient to many dining and shopping options

The hotel is beautiful inside and out. The staff was so helpful and friendly, and the location was great. We explored the area on foot and by tram.

Wonderful hotel with spectacular breakfast.

Centrally located, well appointed with full kitchen and washer dryer., great facility for long or short term stay.

Staff were accommodating on our arrival as we arrived half an hour before check in. We did offer to wait about or go for a walk but our room was ready and we were able to check in. Parking was convenient and we enjoyed a lovely walk down to the train station.

We enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and bed comfy. We realized we had to close the bathroom door overnight so the sun wouldn’t come in in the morning. Breakfast was good, could have had a few more choices. Would recommend.

It was a great location. Right across the street from the beach. I went there to go to the Great Barrier Reef which was awesome. The hotel is in a quiet spot despite being on the beach. Many dining options just down the street.

Excellent hotel right next to international terminal. High end accommodations.

A dapper hotel in the heart of Invercargill. Crisp decor with comfortable beds. Staff are courteous and welcoming. Enjoyed the eateries at the hotel. The food was scrumptious.

This hotel had only opened three weeks earlier when I visited, but it was already operating smoothly.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful and the rooms were very spacious and clean with lovely decor. The location was great within walking distance to everything. The staff at the front desk were all very welcoming and helpful. I would recommend this hotel and stay there again if in Christchurch.

Great location in town. Room was quiet and warm. Easy walk across the road to the waterfront or round the corner to the mall and restaurants. Has plenty of character in the hotel. Rooms are not large, but they don't need to be. Main bar downstairs closed early on a Friday night, 9 pm, but the interconnecting Irish bar was still going. Car parking was easy enough in the street out front, but council do have cars with number plate readers patrolling and enforcing so make sure you pay from 8am.

Friendly staff. Clean room in the heart of the city. We enjoyed going up to the rooftop bar/ restaurant. Very good food, great service, nice decor and nice views.

The rooms were clean, the bar and restaurant areas were cozy and welcoming, and the complimentary shuttle made it easy to get to the airport on time for my flight.
