"From the moment I walked into this beautiful hotel I was impressed. The decor is very opulent and the rooms are beautifully appointed. My room was gorgeous with hints of dark wood and gold accents.
During my second day at this hotel a couple days later, I was in a suite which was also beautiful and comfortable. There is one issue, however, with the television as it did not work very well, and there was only one English speaking channel. After a day or so that channel no longer worked. I would advise management to maybe consider adding more channels for English speaking guests.
The Staff, especially Minal, Fatima, Anas, Ahmad and Hussein were very helpful and always pleasant.
The location was very walkable however it is on a very busy street. There are cafés and eateries nearby.
The breakfast buffet was plentiful and absolutely delicious and I looked forward to it breakfast every single day.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to travelers to Casablanca. "
"Stayed for three nights in Marrakesh, before and after my adventures in Zagora. Each time I returned, the staff greeted me with a natural, honest kindness that made the place feel almost familiar. The restaurants, the bars, the peaceful pool, all pleasant. A quiet corner of calm in the middle of the city’s constant motion."
