I recently completed a 2 week stay at the Signiel Hotel. This hotel is a real show stopper and is without a doubt one of the Top Hotels in the World. They helped arrange a car and driver service from/to the airport. From the moment I arrived, i have never had this level of service, attention to detail and anticipation to whatever i needed throughout my stay. The location of this hotel is unbeatable. It is close to several tourist locations, restaurants and shopping areas. The access is pretty easy from the airport (the bus stops right at the door) or by train (Seoul station is just 15 min by taxi), something really helpful if you come with family. We chose it for the indoor pool, which has a couple of jacuzzi next to it. It was a perfect choice to relax after walking around. The hotel is beautifully decorated and at a wonderful location close to the sought after tourist spots. Breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed the variety. One thing of note was that upon requesting some ice, I was asked to pay a minimal fee. In all my stays at luxury hotels, I cannot recall being charged for ice. I am not sure if there is something particular about ice here but you may consider providing this as a complimentary amenity to your guests as I felt a bit embarrassed for the staff...

i flew in from california with a 22 hour layover to Bangkok and this Property has a shuttle pickup location outside the airport and they will arrange to drop you off as well, perfect for long layovers. Hotel is is very clean, staff is professional and the food is amazing. Sauans, Jaccuzi and a modern fitness center are a few amenities i love as well as two huge pools and play room for the kids. the interior is beautiful if you like selfies.

The spa was nice, helping me to relax and warm up. The location was convenient

Grand Josun is an incredible hotel! The rooms are well kept and the beds are extremely comfortable. The staff is welcoming and are willing to help you at any time. We loved the location as there was a street full of restaurants across from the hotel and we were right on the beach.

Great place to stay.

There are two portions of the hotel - an older portion and a newly renovated/built portion. We were in the older portion of the hotel and thought it was great. I think the newer rooms are bigger, but we had plenty of space for our stuff and amazing ocean views. Watched the sunrise and the surfers! Appreciated the rooms individual AC. We added breakfast and were glad we did. It was an amazing buffet with lots of choices. As someone with food allergies, I appreciated the well marked choices...

This place was top notch.

Quiet, extremely well taken care of in every way. Enjoyed free lounge at night for snacks and drinks.

Six star hotel. We loved this place and sad to check out. We are from Georgia, USA and generally blown away with Busan and the Haeundae area. The hotel was top notch, my 5 yo son loved the pool, kid friendly, we felt welcomed. Great energy here and you can feel the happiness from everyone including fellow guests and staff. I hope I’m right when I say we will be back!! Thank you for a wonderful time!

The best, most thoughtful and detailed and beautiful hotel at this price point. I felt like I was staying in a serene mountain resort that also maintained the comfortable atmosphere as if it was my apartment in Hongdae. The bedroom and bathroom are tastefully and elegantly decorated. The water bottles, self amenities in the lobby, and the luggage storage were all well appreciated details.
