"The room was clean. Elevators much needed for the upstairs rooms.
Really appreciated the fact that they allowed us on the compound early and were able ro have lunch."
"Towels were removed and not replaced. Had to ask for wash cloths and for tea to be replaced daily. Parking is awful, with too tight spaces, no turning radius, poor sight lines, dangerous obstacles and other hazards. I scraped my rental car on low rock at roadside that should have been cut back."

The food standard in the restaurants has improved and will continue to."

"The property was not prepared for guests. An event was taking place at check-in. I was welcomed to a wedding reception and very loud music. The route to the property was very dangerous - the roads are horrible for driving. The rooms need to be renovated and updated with beds, appliances, and doors. No privacy - while I was contemplating moving to another property two people walked in my room. I don't suggest the Bay House as an option for your stay"
