This is a fantastic resort property. The hotel and grounds are beautiful. The food and staff are fantastic. There were activities on the beach like volleyball and yoga. There is an onsite dive shop and an activity center that can book you for parasailing and snorkeling. I believe some of the reviews for this hotel said there is snorkeling right off the hotel beach, but I did not see any (it is a bay, not a coral reef). The only other negative is the resort area where this hotel is at is far away...

Staff

The hotel is located in a good area, very close to the Pyramids' old entrance and just 8 min away on car from the GEM (Uber charge us only US$12 from the hotel to get to the GEM). It has a beautiful top roof with ann an incredible sight view of the pyramids. Sunrise and Sunset looking at the pyramids of Giza is totally worthy in this hotel. Also, the staff is so welcoming and friendly, mostly gabry , the receptionist! What a nice and servicial guy! The helped us to booked the most trips in Cairo...

The Hyatt was a great Hotel in Cairo , clean , quiet and secured. Only downfall was they didn’t have a microwave in their rooms. Overall Great.

I strongly recommend this hotel for both family and couples

Excellent stay as usual

The first time we were here 2 years ago, we loved it and didn't even think of looking for another hotel when we decided to be back in Sharm el Sheikh. Actually, Sultan Gardens was the reason that we wanted to be back here. And for our 2nd stay, they didn't disappoint us at all and our friends who were with us for the first time absolutely loved it as well.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this resort, and it was truly an excellent experience. The staff were exceptionally professional, friendly, and attentive, always ensuring that every need was taken care of with genuine hospitality. Their warm and welcoming attitude made the stay even more enjoyable I highly recommend this resort to anyone seeking a relaxing getaway.

Close and convenient to the airport, great grounds!

Friendly staff, excellent service and comfortable room, convenient location! They even upgraded my room. So overall I loved my stay in this hotel. I was also impressed by their safety measures against Coronavirus. Thank you for everything.

I can't say enough praises for this hotel. We stayed here for two nights/three days. Everything was on spot. The staff was helpful. The rooms were very clean, everything well maintained. They can arrange a guide to take you to the pyramids, which we did (but to be honest you can do it yourself with Uber and you'll get the same experience.) Inside a mall so very close to food, banking and grabbing anything else. Beautiful decor. Excellent service and welcome. They have thought of everything and will provide anything you need. Absolutely recommend this hotel!
