I loved everything! Rooms were impeccable. The hotel is truly beautiful. Staff was lovely.

The room was set amongst manicured gardens . It was really clean and well equipped.

It was nice to stay away from the business of Hastings Street. The shuttle bus every hour was a great perk. We did drive down in the evening because the bishops at 6pm. I parking wasn’t so bad. We enjoyed the pool, room, food options, and breakfast!! We would stay again

We were able to check in early for our one night stay. Room was comfortable and very clean - what you expect from Sofitel. Location was great - in walking distance to many restaurants and shops, and Rundle Mall. Had a very early flight so we didn't have breakfast at the hotel. Would stay here again.

The unit was well designed, tastefully furnished and quite comfortable, with a two story design that allowed for a spacious open area and functional kitchen, with the second level containing the two sufficiently large bedrooms and a bathroom. On site laundry was a definite plus and the complimentary laundry detergent was much appreciated. Manager friendly and helpful. Pool and surrounds very clean. All the amenities to cook a meal if you didn't want to eat out. Town bus stop at door and parking available close to unit but within walking distance to a pub with good restaurant, also Cable Beach with cafes, also camel rides.

Perfect stay and location especially if you have a car.

This is an excellent location. Minutes from the marina, aquarium (well worth the visit) and shopping. There are a lot of great upgrades and this is very clean. The staff was ultra friendly and could not have been more accommodating. This is truly a mom and pop 5 star hotel, and make sure you engage with Peter. You will feel the pride and caring he has in his hotel.

Clean establishment with friendly, helpful staff

We were nervous about noise when we realised that the river view rooms overlooked the railway line as well but the bedrooms are double glazed and we slept just fine! The hotel is a great location for getting around on the free trams too. Staff are incredibly helpful. The only downside for us was the internet which was incredibly slow for a major city. We’re from New Zealand but this won’t be an issue for locals.

The room is with great design, cozy at a very beautiful, convenient location. Great staying at Rydges and definitely would be back.

Room was clean. Shower was outstanding! Nice having a washer and dryer in the room. Housekeeping, dining and front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Get the breakfast each morning! Great food. Gym was adequate but a bit small. Close to the wharf and right on the bus stop. Would stay there again!
