It was nice to stay away from the business of Hastings Street. The shuttle bus every hour was a great perk. We did drive down in the evening because the bishops at 6pm. I parking wasn’t so bad. We enjoyed the pool, room, food options, and breakfast!! We would stay again

We were able to check in early for our one night stay. Room was comfortable and very clean - what you expect from Sofitel. Location was great - in walking distance to many restaurants and shops, and Rundle Mall. Had a very early flight so we didn't have breakfast at the hotel. Would stay here again.

Great hotel and location in the center of town. Nice spacious room, very good breakfast buffet, friendly helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Near the beach

Quick checkin, good WiFi, river view pleasing. Restaurants nearby suited our tastes. Definitely recommend this stay.

Perfect stay and location especially if you have a car.

Liked it all. Dining at the Tavern was not great - food was good and reasonably priced, environment was not good - gambling, what appeared to be an intoxicated person lying on the sidewalk near the entrance door on 2 occasions - belongings scattered and rolling cigarettes or an other item.

Great customer service

Great value for the money. Excellent gym space, pool and hot tub. One little thing is that the room card key reader that you use in the elevator for security purposes typically requires several attempts in order for the reader to recognize the card and allow you to select your room floor.

The dishes were very clean - probably thanks to the presence of a dishwasher ! It was tricky trying to figure out how to work it - perhaps have some instructions around ? The bedroom door is very close to the end of the bed - we had to close the door in order to walk around to the bathroom.

Great experience!! Very helpful and friendly staff- great location with lots of yummy food within walking distance AND a good grocery store right across the street! Gorgeous rooftop view from the hotel, so make sure to check it out and snap a few photos. We loved having the little kitchenette in the hotel room too. The fridge, microwave, little hotplate thing were so helpful- and the cabinets were well stocked with all the pots /pans/tools we needed. We made breakfast there every morning! :) We...

My stay was good, no cmplaints ,the staff were helpfull and everthing was waiting for me, cause l got there late. Room clean an tidy, l would stay again
