My stay was excellent. Clean room. Plentiful hot water for a shower. Comfortable bed. Ideal location from the CBD and Southern Cross Station. Ideal for an overnight stay for a traveller. Well priced. Would stay again.

Very good location, in midst of everything, shopping, public transportation , all in walking distance. (free tram area). Shoebox-Rooms are excellent designed and prized for very short 1 person stays , (given you are not a real large person since the shower doors are the tiniest I have ever seen). all together very functional.

The staff is amazing! Everyone was very friendly, professional and assisted enthusiastically. The location is excellent, being close to trams, Southern Cross Station and parking. Comfy bed and good shower. A modest room, but certainly adequate, clean and comfortable.

Very convenient location - close to Southern Cross, DFO, trams, supermarkets. Staff were friendly and helpful. Noise was minimal even being on road side. Only thing would be the shower door being so small/tight.

It was a great price & close to the Conference centre, a lovely quirky little hotel. Honest (I stayed in a 'Shoebox' room) but the bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing. I would recommend it and stay there again. The only down side was the half sized ironing board.

10/10 Exceptional

I was looking for basic, clean overnight accommodation for myself only, near a venue I was to attend. Not a huge room, but ideal for my needs with a single bed and a private bathroom and toilet. Extremely helpful and courteous staff on hand 24/7. Handy to have a cafe open from 7am on the ground floor, unsure if this is actually part of the hotel or a private business. But perfect location. Will definitely look at this hotel again if I need accommodation in that area. Thank you !

Room was exactly what you pay for and very clean. The staff were amazing, offering to store luggage before check in was available and also had them waiting in the room afterwards. Great location.
