"Expedia was no help to me when my flight was cancelled. I bought travel insurance but they were no help. My honest suggestion would be to just go directly to the resort and inquire with them. I really enjoyed my stay, it was mine and my companions birthday. The room was very clean. The staff were amazing and the inclusive package was exactly what you could imagine. The amenities were all I needed and I only left the resort after the bars closed. I have no complaints other than Expedia customer service and the lack of attention to my insurance claim. Unfortunately I lost a day of my vacation due to annoying airport security and conditions out of my control. Don't make my mistake and put faith in an app and insurance company that doesn't insure. But by all means enjoy the Divi experience. "
"The property was newly renovated and looks nice. However, the tile floors in the room and bathroom need a thorough mopping. It was dirty upon our arrival. The wet floor in the bathroom, mixed with the accumulated dirt, made our bare feet dirty. We asked the staff to mop. All they did was smudge the traffic area. "
