This hotel is literally accross the street from Eagle beach. One of the best beaches in Aruba. It is small, which guaranteeds you two things; quietness and the beach umbrellas/chairs and a non busy beach spot all day long. For free. No matter what time you want to go to the beach. Preferred Club was Amazing. Our Butler Anthony and the Restaurant Manager Victor deserve highest compliments for making our experience amazing. All of the staff was exceptional! The property is absolutely beautiful as well!

Evelyn at the front desk was extremely accommodating in helping with our rooms, she made our vacation 100% more pleasant, thanks Evelyn. The rest of the staff greeted us everywhere with smiles and pleasant attitudes. The room service was daily even though we did not need it except once. The gym is pretty basic but functional. Could use some weights/barbells for strength training. We did not use the restaurant at all during our stay as we did a lot of outdoor stuff and drove all over the island....

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Brisas Studio Apartments. Nicely appointed apartment, modern kitchen made stay feel like home. This is a hidden gem, away from the bustling crowd, yet close enough to get to Palm beach and all the shops and restaurants on JR Irausquin. Fabiola was an awesome host, and did everything she could to make our stay a memorable one. Our only "OK" rating is because we felt the pool was too small for the 5 units, there were only 6 lounge chairs for all guests, and only one area was reliably shaded around the pool. Also, the units aren't well insulated and so we could hear the other guests' voices resonating through the walls. The beach was great and it was easy to relax and enjoy the whole resort. The staff in the restaurants and bar were friendly and attentive. We really enjoyed the Christmas Mass. I would not hesitate to return on my next trip to Aruba.

This was our second time visiting JOIA and it was an excellent stay like the first time, which is why we returned. We had a minor inconvenience on our third day but one of the managers Mariana went above and beyond to rectify the situation. We were truly appreciative and thankful for the level of service she provided.

The property is well maintained and very clean. Its absolutely perfect.

Friendly helpful staff, close to Palm Beach where all the action is (great for a birthday trip!) you can borrow beach chairs, towels and a small cooler during your stay.

A beautiful place to stay ..staff was always friendly and accommodating ….the rooms were beautiful and very clean …transport to the beach was extremely easy ..always someone there to take you right away And the ride down took 1 minute !!! The burgers from their rooftop were amazing!! The staff here were so happy to assist in anything you needed from directions to cab rides to just greeting you each and every time you arrived or left !!!! Will definately be staying again!!!!!

I did not like the beach chair policy. Paying for daily use of a beach chair was unacceptable considering the price we paid for our stay.

It was great to stay here the view was amazing the food nearby activities and excursions and the private island 4 minutes near by beaches and the host was great and suites was so nice and big and comfortable an great prices I am going back real soon ❤️❤️❤️

We had a wonderful 4 night break at the Ritz Carton over President's weekend. So although it was busy, the hotel was able to manage with the high volume of guests. The room was spacious with beautiful bathroom! The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating to our every need. We enjoyed the restaurants, where food was outstanding (if a little pricey!) We enjoyed using the fitness center every day too. A lot of good equipment and plenty of space. We would definitely return here.
