"Hotel was not on the beach..across the road from hotel..take a shuttle or walk . Hotel was very clean but had construction going on in room below us. Hammering continually on the ceiling below. We were in room2-185.Finally were moved to 12th floor with an island view which was great. We could see for miles. After 1st night the master bathroom developed a sewer odor so we just used the smaller bathroom which was nice. I guess maid reported the odor because maintenance showed up that night about the smell but it had gone away by that time but came back the next day. We just kept the door shut so we didn't smell it in other rooms. Room was very clean and new looking. Had a full size fridge and microwave in the kitchen. Most of front desk staff were polite. But they didn't do anything to promote the hotel or surrounding areas. Biggest disappointment was not being oceanfront.. we always stay oceanfront when we've gone to the carribbean every year for over 30 years."
"The food in every restaurant we went to was delicious. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. We did not utilize the childcare. Beach was beautiful. Being able to use the biks at no additional cost was great! The only complaint i have is that the air conditioner blew directly on my face while i was in the bed which made for a very miserable sleeping situation."
"The resort overall was very good. The staff was incredibly friendly. Rooms were nice but the mattress was on the firmer side. Good wide the buffet had a good variety. Breakfast and lunch were very good. Dinner was good. They have 5 restaurants onsite, we ate at the Mexican and the seafood/steak which were very good. Private beach was nice."
