We had a great experience at the hotel, the breakfast selection was great, loved the activities, beautiful beach. The bedrooms were spacious for our family of five. The kids enjoyed it tremendously. The only complaints we have were that the kids pool were closed the second day we were there, but we were still able to swim in the larger pool. We had an amazing time at the resort. We stayed at Vana Villa. Room was huge with nice garden view. Attached pool was fun for the family. Breakfast quality was great (unfortunate latte wasn’t served during breakfast). We went for kayaking, paddling boats and archery. Nice activities. Resort was maintained very well. Complete relaxation in a beautiful setting. The villas are comfortable and quite big. The open air concept gives you that feeling of being in nature, but in a private setting. The entire grounds give way to a stress-free experience. The staff are helpful and courteous; they went over and above to tend to our needs. They were able to find my wedding ring that slipped off my finger unbeknownst to me. Then they arranged a driver to bring it to my hotel in Kuala Lumpur! Awesome service and...

Banyan Tree had remarkable accommodations as well as professional and courteous staff. I would recommend a stay here for family and solo travelers.

Beautiful design, every possible amenity, spacious rooms that feel very open, stunning views of this cosmopolitan city, impeccable service. Also, hotel gyms are rarely good, but this one was excellent. Additionally, the pool area is stunning. I will return to this hotel when visiting KL in future.
