The balcony has 2 chairs but no table; the ('Superior') bedroom has only one chair; there is no curtain/blind over the glass balcony door to keep out the early morning light; there is no independent control for the elctronically controlled main window curtains; there is no bedside table on one side of the bed; the toilet has a pointless electronic control panel; there is no heated towel rail. Minuspunkte: Einige Lampen im Zimmer scheinen schon länger nicht mehr zu funktionieren (Kastenbeleuchtung), TV Empfang zeitweise stark gestört. Ansonsten exzellentes Hotel (Weinverkostung, traumhafte Lage, erstklassiges Frühstücksbuffet). Ober Preisklasse."

"I have over 100 bookings annually (4 to 5 stars). But honestly this one was probably the best I've have ever been. We were welcomed with very friendly professional staff. The hotel is super clean and comfortable. We received 4 hours free entrance to the thermal park which was also very nice and clean. Breakfast was so delicious. Kids could also use indoor kid zone. That was so beautiful wooden playground. Kids loved that! "
