Our host, Fawzi, made us feel so welcome and treated us like family. We wish we could have stayed longer!! Definitely the highlight of our trip to Tunisia, and a tranquil corner of paradise in magical Djerba."

Redan vid incheckningen möttes jag av ett mycket dåligt bemötande i receptionen – personalen var otrevlig, nonchalant och verkade inte alls intresserad av att hjälpa till. Ingen välkomnande känsla överhuvudtaget, vilket satte tonen för resten av vistelsen. Jag hade förväntat mig en helt annan standard och service. Rekommenderas tyvärr inte.

"Excellent hotel, we enjoyed our stay. We had a premium room with sea view which was nice although no sun on the balcony so we couldn't use it. The food was delicious with such a variety. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly especially Hajer who cleaned our room and made animals out of the towels. There isn't much to do outside of the hotel, Djerba itself is a quiet Island. "

"I booked this property based on the pictures attached on expedia, once i checked in and enter my room i found the room completely different it is not the same pictures on expedia, i complained at the reception about it and they said all our rooms are the same one you have, i showed them the pictures on expedia and they were surprised and told me that they will check with the owner, but nothing happened.
This is a fraud, and don't book this hotel."
