The hotel itself was so unique and I loved having the view of the cathedral right next door. The breakfast that was included was delicious. So was the room service. The only “negatives” was that room service stopped at 9:00 pm, the menu was sort of small, and the hotel concierge left at 9:00 pm. "Dinner in the restaurant was superb and we had a bottle of local wine which was excellent. Very good selection of food at the buffet breakfast. A great chef and staff. All in all a team to be congratulated. Bed very comfortable and we had a good shower. We’d stay there again just for the chance to have dinner again. We only stayed for one night so didn’t get the chance to sample the spa, but did have a swim in the pleasant pool courtyard."
