Most staff members seem to be student, they’re very helpful and friendly but need to be coached by professionals to improve their customer service skills.

"We had the most fantastic night - we are a family of 4 and we stayed in a jungle family room complete with a wonderful bathroom and kids bunk bed with slide. Beds were perfect, room was spotless. We had a swim in the wellness centre which was such a treat after a busy few days at amusement parks. We can’t wait to go back! "
