"As expected from sheraton hotels, the beds are great and even the hotel has the best amenities in the room! On top of that, this is grand sheraton. I havent seen many of sheraton grand in the world but it happened to be in Jakarta, so here’s my ticket for luxury weekend! The hotel also has great facilities for family staycation. I wish i can bring my family on my next stay at The Sheraton Grand Gandaria City! "

My family & I were very happy with the apartment - size, amenities, proximity to restaurants, yummy & diverse Indonesian cuisine (street food) & nightlife. 1. No elevator to 2nd floor, better put elevator or at least ramp for trolley to bring belonging to 2nd floor
2. Hot water not working in bathroom
3. Jacuzzi not hot at all
4. Parking space very limited
5. Restaurant area is very limited if hotel is fully booked
6. There is no smoking sign on the table in restaurant, but there is still people smoking and hotel staff didn't take action until I request help
7. Safety protocol in restaurant...
