We were there for a short time and wanted to pick up spices and snacks from this region before we left and the staff found us all the things we wanted and brought it to our room and made it easy for us to get the whole experience! "The boat was nowhere close to what was advertised and what we paid for. Room was advertised as premium but actual was far from it. Very poor room and supporting amenities. Linen, bathroom etc very very poor and not reflecting premium room. Poor linen - holes in linen and towels brown and very worn. No wifi on board even though advertised as with WIFI. No tissues or toilet paper as well as no bath mats. Very unhygienic facility but were asked to walk without shoes onboard."

There were a lot of complimentary and paid activities. We did the sunset cruise and did a paid shikara ride for 2 hours. The bf buffet was good. Wi-Fi worked fine. The stay was value for money. Wish we could stay longer. Next time maybe "

Wooden flooring is damaged in many places. Staff r friendly but need to be more proactive. The only saving grace of the place is its serene view.Rooms were sufficiently lit & cool. But towards dawn, we were disturbed by some animal running on the ceiling. Weird noises"
