"The location was perfect! Two blocks from the station and the beach and easy walk to old town. Reception staff very friendly and welcoming (we even got early check in). Room was very clean and the bed comfortable. But the room and hotel in general were a bit rundown and in need of some repairs and updating. Eg the window to our room wouldn’t close properly and we could not adjust the AC. But I would probably stay here again because for me the positives outweighed those few negatives. "

This is a great option for Cannes as its nice and quiet to relax from the hustle in but a short walk to the station and main shopping streets. The Large bed , great linen and good A/C really helped.
