It’s 5 mins walk from the Swiss tours tourist office, less than 10 mins walk from the station and 7 min - 10 min walk from la Pâquis, which is great for food options and has a famous and popular cheese place.
There is a Starbucks next door and a subway around the corner. The hotel itself is pleasant. I would say it’s a three star as there was no bar or room...
