"Beautiful location. Unique boutique hotel next to the lake. The room (Cocoon Junior Suite) had spacious balcony with outdoor tub and peaceful view across the lake to distant mountains. Some problems with the prototype design of certain features such a bathroom taps but there was a form to fill in if anything needed fixing. It did! And they were promptly fixed.
