"Smack bang in the middle of the old town, situated just in the pedestrianised area.
Given the location, there is no parking, but we had no problems finding free parking within a 3 minute walk.
(I'd recommend a car so that you can visit outlying towns / villages/ mountains.)
The hotel does a good continental breakfast between 7 and 10.

"A once in a lifetime experience to stay in the gloriousky restored riooms of the Albergo Diffuso set in the amazing project that is San Stefano ehich hss breathed life back into a deserted village. Wonderful mountain counteyside all around. And some goof foid in thr restaurants too!"

"Beautiful historical building in location with fabulous views. Unfortunately the restaurant and bar were not open. There was a poolside snack bar where the staff were very friendly and welcoming. However sitting in this beautiful place drinking wine out of a plastic cup doesn’t suit the atmosphere. "
