"The staff services were excellent accept for one of the car park exit attendant who insisted that my Indonesian friend are not entitled to free parking even thou he was a guest of the hotel staying for 4 nights. He paid to avoid further issue.
There was a big sign "FREE PARKING" at the reception. I guest this is culturally wrong to be happening to their own country folks.
My friend was staying in the 2nd room booked by me as a customer of the hotel throughout our 2nd stay.

"The staff services were excellent accept for one of the car park exit attendant who insisted that my Indonesian friend are not entitled to free parking even thou he was a guest of the hotel staying for 4 nights. He paid to avoid further issue.

"Nice hotel, nice pool and great breakfast buffet. Spa services on site. Staff very helpful. ATM nearby.
But if distance to some attractions but transportation cheap and hotel staff willing to help co-ordinate. Would recommend and would stay again if back in Malang."
