"The hotel was absolutely stunning and the grounds were gorgeous. It felt like a real luxury place. Our room was huge (deluxe) with a gorgeous jet bath. Although the decor is very dated, it didn’t take away from the experience. The view from our room was magical. The breakfast was delicious and such good quality. "

Only downside was a bit noisy in the evening, loud music and generatir noise. Ear plugs are thoughtfully provided."

"We had a great stay. The family room was excellent and our kids loved the heated outdoor pool which we used when in February! The staff were lovely and we appreciated the little touches like snacks to take on our walks and home baked cookies. We will definitely be back. "

At breakfast, I was greeted and sat at a table but then ignored. This happened on every day of my stay and it wasn’t as though it was busy. In the evening the restaurant also had the same issues. As a business traveller this is not helpful as time is an issue. I would not stay here again just on this basis. A great place to stay...

Small courtyard with tables for us smokers. 2 mins from beach, 5 from the pier. Perfectly positioned for those wanting a cosy weekend getaway. We were happy with the price too. "

"We had the most fabulous stay. On the first evening terrific storm which we watched from the luxurious comfort of our bedroom within touching distance of the sea. Staff so very kind. They accomodated all my allergies and interacted well throughput our stay. In short ..we'll be back. "
