"Un très beau séjour dans cet hôtel, avec une équipe accueillante et attentionnée. Mention spéciale à Kivash pour son excellent accueil, à Amédée pour son très bon relationnel et à Abi pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse : toujours serviable ! Petit bémol au bar : une serveuse a refusé de me servir un verre en m’expliquant que la bouteille demandée était uniquement destinée à l’exposition. Une petite déception dans une expérience globalement très positive. Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour !"

"We only had a short stay and didn’t get to use all the facilities to hand. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. My only disappointment was that we were unable to use the adult only pool due to not booking in to the Nivarna area considering that the pool area was only 50% occupancy. I do think this policy needs to be reviewed."

"The room was very clean, decent amenities including a bar service, coffee, tea. The Air conditioning worked perfectly. However the toilet bowl could be better sanitized with disinfectant, some towels were still damp but enough were provided including for the beach. The food was fair with a good breakfast buffet. Beach access and amenities were excellent. The staff were helpful but there were many trainees and few seasoned staff. Overall it was a very comfortable stay. The promised bottle of wine per night never materialized."

"Very impressed with the hotel Situated on the beach really. Restaurant overlooking thd beach and sea. Staff were excellent nothing too much trouble for them I went H/B and the meals were served to you. Breakfasts were good, omlettes to order if you wanted or any type of cooked eggs. Bacon etc. Then patries if you wanted. You had a choice mainly 3 things from each course for breakfast. Fruit juice and as many cups of coffee as you liked. Evening meals were very good, 3 courses if you wished and plenty of options. A few had a surcharge on mainly fish courses like lobster etc which is to be expected. The rooms were a good size with a large bathroom and walk in shower style. The rooms were serviced each day I think they all overlook the pool and sum loungers. Small garden in front of the ground floor rooms. I must say though and it is my only critiscm try not to get allocated a room near reception as you will hear road noise. Although it does go quieter after 10 pm at night. I could have changed rooms but after unpacking and sorting clothes out you dont want to be mithered packing again to move rooms. But thats my own personal choice. The restaurant, Le Skipper is separate from the hotel which i didnt find out till my last day but also the staff in there were brilliant. The hotel itself is situated about 100yds from Trou au Biches boundary and about a 20 min walk from Trou aux Biches beach etc. Great hotel, great staff and peaceful place."

"The booking at the hotel and the welcome were good English speaking and our stay were great The services from the manage and the staff were beyond impressed Yes we would stay there again Unfortunately the weather were not great so the users of the pool we didn’t use But it was inviting if we had the weather The two guy at the pool bar were amazing nothing is not much Thank you all the worker at the apartment"
