We arrived very late at the property. Too late, to be fair. However, the owners were immediately responsive, accommodating and friendly. Room was spotless. Costa and his wife were very friendly, and made sure anything we needed was covered. Great spot; quiet with beach and tavernas nearby!

We love the Karalis city hotel. The views of the bay, Pylos and sunsets were AMAZING! We loved the balconies. The staff were friendly and helpful. The onsite breakfast buffet was extensive. We stayed in two rooms and the more expensive room was the most modernized and had the most comfortable mattresses but the lower/mid price room was very good and modernized although we found these mattresses to be a bit firm.but it had a great couch- designed to be a perfect third bed.
