Male concierge hotelier was incredibly ignorant without any knowledge of use of service animals. Could not contact hotels.com provided ample evidence with emails of proof of payment plus also info from hotels.com site. Hotelier would not take any of this information insisting room had never been paid for...

"Hotel is going through a refurbishment, lift not working. Even so, my room was pretty poor - floor falling apart, no towels/toilet paper. No much sound proofing. TV not working. Breakfast was good"
