"Cute eclectic room design! The pool is huge, but it was in the adjacent building. It’s a great hotel & the location was very convenient to walk to the Gyeongbokgung Palace. The underground mall is accessible right outside the hotel & walking distance to the Myeong Dong marketplace. The staff was very friendly too!"

"We stayed one night at the Sheraton Grand Incheon for a mid day flight the day after. Upon arrival we were greeted by the staff and were taken care of right away. They even let us in the room early as we arrived prior to the 3:00 PM check in time!
The room was clean and inviting and it was very quiet.
Breakfast buffet had a great selection of different foods and will definitely recommend giving it a try.
Overall I would recommend this hotel and will be staying here again on our next trip."

"It was holiday season, so with only 3 lifts you have to wait a long time for one to come. The room was nice and the hotel has a nice bar and foot 'spa' (just hot shallow pool, but nice). There's not much in the area to do once you've done the mall, Starfield library etc. The L7 at Myeongdong is better for tourists and as a bonus they also have a great coffee machine in the hotel lobby.
