"Nice clean hotel with great friendly staff. Breakfast was good and hotel restaurant was not a bad option for lunch. Language can be a barrier but solvable with google translate. Will stay here again on my next business trip."

"An excellent hotel with very high impression. Looks like in very old furniture style. Very clean. Breakfast very reach. Beautiful presentation and style. The room very nice and comfortable. Big and clean. It’s my second time. End I will com back and look for the same in other countries. "

Particularmente tivemos uma experiencia ruim, pois queriam nos cobrar dobrado no check in e no check out, queriam nos colocar em outro quarto.

This Hotel provides 10 times better experience than the self-proclaimed "Luxury" Hotels in Moema (Sao Paulo), and 50 times better experience than all of the Quality Hotels Franchise in the US.
My only recommendation for Management - please either either provide a self-parking option, or, schedule two valet...
