Family Hotels in El Seibo

We have stayed here before but first time in the premier lounge i can say it was a wonderful experience , we were upgraded to a great room ! service was great , breakfast was great even though it was full .

Amazing experience overall! Beautiful resort and accommodations, staff was incredibly friendly and helpful at every single turn, fulfilling our every request. It was so easy to relax and unwind here! We would love to go back and take the whole family! Our favorite staff members were Jose, Elias, Luis, Amelfy and Raul! Food and drinks were very impressive for all-inclusive! 10/10!

The service was nothing like I've experienced before, I felt like a king at the resort. There were plenty of activies at the resort. Plus, you can book events outside the resort and most provide transportation to and from the event. The rooms are very nice and modern with updated light and controls. I would recommend getting a room with a swimout pool becuase the pool close at 6 PM. With the swimout pool, you can hang in the pool any time. Im definitely going back!

Nice, clean, comfortable resort with excellent service and beautiful nature around!

Very competent staff and extraordinary cleanliness in general. Excellent food and drink. Extraordinary beach and free of sargassum. In the late afternoon, sometimes must be cautious with very small mosquitoes on the beach.

Es una experiencia campestre de verdad, quedarse en medio de la plantación y descansar con la naturaleza pura. Nicole es excelente host, preocupada, atenta a cada detalle sin ser avasalladora. Sinceramente queremos volver pronto 🙌

Rooms are spotless, staff were great and made you feel at home. Walk to the ocean. Nice town with nice honest people. Rick

Excellent time at this bend over backwards to accommodate you all inclusive resort.

The property is absolutely breathtaking. The attentiveness of the owners and wonderful staff was exceptional. I cannot thank them enough for making me feel welcome. The food was delicious, whether it was breakfast, lunch or dinner. Serenity and tranquility from the moment I stepped onto the property. I cannot wait to go back!!

very nice and EXCELLENT PLACE, staff very friendly, amicable, very concerned about everything feel like family I was astonished seeing the hotel general manager went toward to me every day while I was getting breakfast to ask me how was my sleeping, how I feel in general very concern about your staying there they show you they really care about you. and on my last day, she bid me farewell inviting me back and for sure I recommended this hotel had better condition than the resorts very convenient...

We absolutely loved our stay at Chalet Tropical! From the moment we arrived, the service was beyond exceptional—worthy of a 5-star hotel rating. Every detail was handled with care and genuine warmth. Chalet #1 is incredibly spacious and creatively designed. It’s a feast for the senses—crafted with beautiful woodwork, unique rustic furniture, and thoughtful artistic touches in every corner. Just look at these pictures! Every space felt like a handcrafted masterpiece. We especially loved having...

It’s a very unique spot to experience not only the local culture but people from all around the globe. Management was incredible, very attentive, flexible, kind and informative. My husband and I stayed only one night but we’ll like to come back with our kids so that they may also enjoy the unique experience.

WoW! We had the BEST stay at Jewel Punta Cana! Each day started at the beach- so nice! Water was great. Beach/water shoes were not needed. We got our chairs early, often before 9. They fill up fast! I loved doing yoga each morning on the beach- AMAZING! We went up to the pool for lunch. Carlos usually did the grill next to the pool- he was AMAZING! BEST cheeseburgers! We did go back to the pizzeria once for lunch- a total mistake! Poor organization. Our room was "swim out," meaning we had...

The property was fantastic! The staff was hands down the friendliest and so happy to help with anything. Our favorite bartender is Edwin, at the swim up bar...his fellow bartenders at the swim up bar were the kindest people. But Edwin was absolutely our family favorite, he was always smiling and so wonderful. We also loved picasso (aka Pablo Picasso) he was so genuine and kind! Every employee was so kind, considerate, and acommodating. The pools were fantastic! The food options were...

All the staff were excellent. Only thing is Hilton just bought this property from Dreams. During the change over process it is NOT an adult only property. Till old Dreams client reservations are honored; there will be children on property. Shows, food, grounds everything was excellante! The scuba boats and equipment looks brand new.
