"The room was clean and the air conditioner worked extremely well. Water pressure in the shower was perfect. The beach views off the balcony were stunning. There’s 24h security and you need key cards to access each floor above the lobby. We felt very safe and comfortable staying here."
"We loved the modern look and design of the lobby and restaurant and pool area, and the location in Getsemani neighbourhood is great, with lively restaurants, bars and nightlife steps away.
We also enjoyed the complimentary art class on the rooftop very much!
As for the hotel itself, it was mediocre at best.
The rooms are small and awkwardly designed with sink outside the bathroom and limited storage space.
The bed was ok but the pillows were uncomfortable.
The food was mediocre as well.
There was a strong smell of sewage unfortunately.
Overall, not somewhere we would visit again, though we loved the neighbourhood."

The food at the 3 restaurants was all delicious and the staff were friendly and attentive.
The only downside is the road from Santa Ana to the hotel is very rough for at least 15-20 minutes. Hopefully that will be upgraded soon.
